The link above leads to a music video by a game company that has nothing to do with my book series Im currently reading; yet, some how it is the perfect song for it.
A fighter that cringes at the thought of beings stronger than him breathing the same air as he do.
While on his journey to ultimately join a tournament to rediscover his past and claim the title of "Strongest", our hero inches closer to death after every opponent that he takes down.
His desire to be the strongest leads him to the point of no return.
The lyric is a perfect description of our hero's condition and the music itself is very much a "fight song" with a mixture of EDM and Rock.

If I could recreate a scene my book into film, it'll be a scene of which, our main character has just lost in his final fight in a recent tournament. He was dying throughout the series and this is where he meet his end, on a cliff, sitting down, his back against a tree. His longtime supporter and friend make small talk with him, says his goodbye whilst tears stream down his face. The friend has been pulled up and has grown because of our protagonist, and now he has to watch as his newly found friend die before him. Our main character says "thanks" and passes on. If I were to recreate this scene in film, then I wouldn't change anything besides not including music. I think that silence best sets the scene for this exchange.
